OASE

Villa Oase is set against the lush hillsides of Coral Estate, on a site defined by a steep slope. This topography shaped the concept: a sculptural villa composed of two horizontal volumes, carefully inserted into the landscape. The lower level nestles into the terrain, while the upper volume cantilevers elegantly, framing the surrounding views.

By placing the living areas on the upper floor, the design fully embraces the panoramic views toward the Caribbean Sea. Large glass openings, deep overhangs, and warm wooden ceilings enhance the sense of openness and comfort, creating a subtle transition between inside and out.

The black-and-white façades create a bold contrast, while natural materials, such as wood, natural stone and smooth stucco restore balance and anchor the building in its tropical setting. Villa Oase is a tribute to the landscape and to the idea of living with a view.
