This design is a futuristic translation of the traditional barn house. This design splits the classic form into two volumes positioned in a V-shape. One axis faces the water, while the other opens to the view, creating a dynamic and inviting floor plan. The kink where the axes meet highlights the entrance with a floating structure and a striking corner window.

The house is elevated 1.40 meters, creating a basement with two patios, one of which continues in an inclined plane toward the water. This design ensures that each space has a beautiful view. The central triangular patio connects the master wing and the living wing, functionally and aesthetically integrated.

The materialization of the villa provides a monolithic appearance with a combination of zinc for the roof and concrete for the façade, subtly broken by marble elements.

Accentuated lines

The roofline is continued as a nod to the original volume placement, finishing the square nature of the main volume. This gives an extra dimension to the angularity of the design while embracing the chimney of the indoor fireplace.

Closed front façade

The closed façade gets interrupted by the grandiose, two-story entrance. The juxtaposition of the horizontality of the design and the verticality of the entrance creates a point of interest. The eye immediately moves to this great statement.
