This renovation project elevates traditional Spanish architecture to a next level, forging a union of heritage and innovation. With three distinctive architectural volumes, it frames the picturesque Seru Boca harbor, offering maximize views of the Caribbean Sea. ‘Villa Puerto Vista’ redefines luxury and celebrates the seamless blend of history and contemporary living, creating an architectural masterpiece where past and present converge in harmony.

Bringing the element of water into the villa creates an infinity pool that connects with the Caribbean Sea.

The exterior materials are carefully chosen so that the villa blends in perfectly with the surrounding nature. Light tones were mainly used to to continue with the tranquile environment and natural materials like wood follow the same ideal.
