Seamless glass facades open up the kitchen area to the large covered and uncovered outdoor areas. An open connection between the master bedroom and main living areas is created, with all areas having their own unique central views over the Caribbean sea.

At Central Axis House, a refined palette of earthy tones and natural textures defines the architectural experience. The composition brings together white stucco, in-situ concrete, wooden panels and lush rooftop greenery to create a sophisticated tropical retreat.
The warm, vertical cladding emphasizes the home’s sculptural geometry, while floor-to-ceiling glass opens the living spaces to the landscape. Each element is chosen not only for its aesthetic value but also for its ability to age naturally and blend with the climate. The result is a calm and composed design that embraces its surroundings, offering a luxurious balance between bold architecture and serene outdoor living.
If a building becomes architecture, then it is art.
