VISTA ROYAL

VISTA ROYAL

Vista Royal Villa was designed with a clear intention: to maximize the panoramic views over the Caribbean Sea while ensuring complete privacy from the neighboring properties behind.

The layout consists of a playful composition of volumes, arranged in an L-shape around the pool. This configuration creates an open yet sheltered outdoor living area, where relaxed Caribbean living takes center stage. The palapa on the rooftop terrace offers a shaded lounge with uninterrupted sea views, while the main volume focuses on openness, light, and connection to the landscape.

Natural materials, wooden slats, and deep overhangs emphasize the tropical atmosphere while providing shade and ventilation. Large sliding doors and an expansive terrace blur the boundary between inside and out, with an infinity pool that visually extends into the ocean.

Vista Royal Villa is a celebration of calm, climate-conscious design, deeply in tune with its surroundings.

LIVING IN LAYERS

L shaped layout embracing outdoor living
A HOME DESIGNED FOR THE VIEW

Vista Royal Villa is shaped by its position and the desire to fully enjoy the Caribbean views. Designed with intention, the villa opens up toward the sea while maintaining a sense of privacy from the surroundings. The L-shaped layout wraps around the central pool, creating a strong inside outside connection that defines the living experience.

Soft natural tones, local stone and wood give the villa its warm and welcoming character, while the open palapa lounge on the upper terrace becomes the perfect spot to unwind. The architectural composition feels relaxed yet refined, with every element placed to enhance the rhythm of daily life in the tropics. Vista Royal Villa offers a calm, generous space where views, light and material come together effortlessly.

essential

A calm composition of natural tones and textures defines the identity of this villa. The use of white stucco walls, light ceramic tiles, and wooden shutters creates a soft and inviting atmosphere that blends effortlessly with the Caribbean landscape. The thatched roof structure above the lounge adds a tropical accent, while the open design enhances the indoor outdoor connection and panoramic sea views.
