DUBAI HILLSDubai Hills Villa is a bold and sculptural residence designed to merge privacy, elegance, and tropical luxury. With strong horizontal lines and vertical accents, the villa embraces a minimal yet expressive aesthetic. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens the living spaces to lush surroundings, while refined material choices and custom design details elevate every corner. The result is a modern retreat that balances openness with intimacy, offering a serene escape in the heart of Dubai Hills.
WHEN LUXURY MEETS FUTURISM
Transparency weaves an enchanting pattern through this design. From living spaces, you peek into the garage, where a car lift transports the car down like a true work of art. But it goes further. In the entrance hall, the architecture extends to a triple height, where inside and outside merge in stunning harmony, with the balustrade providing the connecting effect.
the magic repeats at the rear of the villa, where a void embraces all four layers of the design. A futuristic band runs around this, bringing everything together. This is also one of our starting points this year, combing futurism and luxury. A combination of, for example, distinct shapes, lines and surfaces with abstract additions of light and nature. We then enrich this with elements such as large areas if glass and unique materials.
Used materials

A clear material palette of concrete tiles, white and black stucco, glass and black vertical slats is used to sculpt strong, dynamic volumes with clean lines. The raw texture of exposed concrete is softened by smooth white surfaces and transparent planes, creating balance between mass and lightness.
Vertical black elements accentuate the height of the building and offer privacy where needed, while large glass façades ensure constant connection to the lush surroundings. Together, these four materials shape a modern, refined identity, tailored to the desert climate.
Architecture is the learned game, correct and magnificent, of forms assembled in the light.

FOUR FLOORS WITH A CENTRAL PATIO
This villa is not just a house; it is a fusion of water, transparency and a futuristic luxury. Water is not just an element here; it is a unifying force. A swimming pool extends into the backyard, while a deep aquarium with colourful fish creates a living art installation. On top of that, a serene indoor pool awaits in the basement.
